Annie Mo's – Outstanding Service and Beautiful Lighting Westwood Orb Table Lamp & Floor Lamp

I visited Annie Mo's in March 2026 and couldn't be happier with both the products and the customer service I received.

I purchased a table lamp and a matching floor lamp, and they are absolutely lovely. The quality is excellent, they look elegant and stylish, and they have completely transformed my room. They look far more expensive than they actually are and have become a real feature in my home.

What impressed me most was the light they give off, although the shades are dark, they produce a wonderfully bright, warm light that creates a lovely atmosphere while still being practical enough for everyday use. I really couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I did need to exchange one of the lamps, and the team handled everything with genuine care, professionalism and efficiency. They made the whole process completely stress-free and couldn't have been more helpful.

A special thank you to James, who went above and beyond to help me. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and took the time to ensure everything was exactly right. His excellent customer service made the experience even better, and he is a real credit to Annie Mo's.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to find retailers that combine beautiful, high-quality products with outstanding customer service, but Annie Mo's certainly does. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be returning in the future.
