Whether it's a candle or a corner sofa, we charge per shipment rather than per item, and everything we deliver ourselves arrives assembled, installed and with the packaging taken away. Here's how it works.
What will delivery cost?
Sofas and larger pieces are delivered by our own team, so the price depends on where you are. Pop in the first part of your postcode and we'll show you.
Smaller items are priced by weight rather than location. Your final delivery cost is confirmed at checkout.
By item size
Evri, under 1kg
Candles, decorations, tableware and the little things. Anything under a kilo goes out with Evri for a flat £5.95, one-person drop at your door.

FedEx or Evri, by weight
Lamps, mirrors, side tables, most home accessories. Medium items travel with FedEx or Evri and are priced on the weight of the parcel. These are a one-person drop at the door, so no assembly and no packaging collection.

Delivered by our own team
Sofas, beds, dining tables and anything else that needs two people and a van. Priced by where you are, not what you've ordered, and every delivery includes:
- Delivery to the room of your choice
- Assembly and installation
- All packaging removed and taken away

Before you order
How long will my order take?
It depends on the piece. Sofas are made to order and take 12 to 16 weeks on average to reach us, while most home accessories arrive in 10 to 14 working days. Every product page shows its own delivery estimate, so check there for the time scale on the item you're looking at.
Ordering more than one item?
We charge per shipment rather than per item, so everything in your order is sent together once it's all ready. If you order a bedside table that's in stock and a lamp that isn't quite ready yet, both will be sent once the lamp arrives in our warehouse.

Can I collect instead?
Yes, and it's free. Choose collection from our shop or our warehouse at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
Shetland and Orkney deliveries
If you live in Shetland or Orkney, we can drop your order at Shetland Transport or Northwards free of charge. They'll charge their own fee to carry it from there.
Delivering outside the UK
We can arrange this on request. Get in touch with what you'd like and where it's going and we'll come back to you with a quote.
